Job Description

We are looking for Spanish-speaking payroll professionals with experience in payroll processing, payroll systems, and HRIS platforms. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of Spanish payroll regulations, taxation, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Process end-to-end payroll for hourly and salaried employees according to payroll schedules.

- Review timekeeping records, payroll adjustments, and employee changes.

- Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and taxes accurately.

- Maintain payroll records in compliance with statutory and country-specific regulations.

- Handle employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies within deadlines.

- Coordinate with HR teams regarding current hires, terminations, benefits, and employee updates.

- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality of payroll information.





Required Skills

- Fluency in Spanish.

- 2–4 years of experience in payroll processing, payroll systems, or HRIS platforms.

- Knowledge of IRPF (Personal Income Tax), Seguridad Social contributions, statutory benefits, and collective bargaining agreements (Convenios).

- Experience with ADP, Paychex, Deel, SAP, Workday, or similar payroll systems.

- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication.

- Ability to manage deadlines while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Good to Have
Experience in multi-country payroll operations, including the US, Canada, UK, Switzerland, Malaysia, UAE, or Saudi Arabia.

- Ex-TCS employees are not eligible.

- PAN and Date of Birth (DOB) are mandatory for candidate profile creation.
