About the Role

We are looking for an experienced FP&A; skilled to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis activities. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, P&L; ownership experience, and the ability to partner with business stakeholders to drive financial performance and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.

- Manage P&L; performance, financial reporting, and cost optimization initiatives.

- Drive cash flow forecasting and working capital management.

- Implement zero-based budgeting and monitor financial performance against business targets.

- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to provide financial insights and support business decisions.

- Identify financial risks, cost-saving opportunities, and operational improvement areas.

- Prepare management reports, financial dashboards, and performance presentations.

- Collaborate with business leaders and financial controllers to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.

- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of FP&A; activities in line with business requirements.

- Proven experience in P&L; management and business partnering.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Willingness to work in US shifts from the Gurgaon office.

- Candidates with a 30–45 day notice period are preferred.
