Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) professional to drive financial planning, performance management, forecasting, budgeting and strategic business partnering. The role will involve strong ownership of P&L;, working capital, cash flow forecasting and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and drive P&L; management , financial performance analysis and business planning.

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis .

- Drive zero-based budgeting and identify opportunities for cost optimization.

- Manage working capital and improve cash flow visibility and efficiency.

- Develop and maintain accurate cash flow forecasts and financial models.

- Partner with business and functional stakeholders to provide actionable financial insights.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support strategic and operational decisions.





- Monitor key financial KPIs and provide regular management reporting.

- Act as a Financial Controller / finance business partner for assigned business areas.

- Identify financial risks, trends and opportunities and communicate recommendations to senior leadership.

Preferred Industry / Company Background

Candidates with relevant experience from Big 4 consulting firms such as KPMG, PwC, Deloitte and EY , or from FMCG and Tobacco industries , will be preferred.
