Job Title: Onboarding Manager – HRO Services

Shift: Night Shift (any shift start time between 6:00 PM and 5:00 AM IST)

Job Summary

We are hiring an Onboarding Manager – HRO Services to manage end-to-end employee onboarding and HR implementation activities. The role involves leading onboarding teams, managing client relationships, ensuring compliance, coordinating HR system integration, and driving process improvements to deliver a seamless onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end onboarding operations for client employees, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

- Lead and manage a large onboarding team, with experience handling 35+ team members.

- Develop project plans, track milestones, and ensure successful onboarding and implementation.

- Coordinate with clients and internal HR, payroll, operations, and technology teams.

- Ensure employee documentation, verification, compliance, and audit requirements are met.

- Facilitate employee onboarding into HRIS platforms and communicate policies and perks.

- Monitor KPIs, onboarding timelines, quality, client satisfaction, and employee experience.

- Prepare performance reports and provide regular updates to leadership.





- Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.

- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and HRO best practices.

Eligibility Criteria

- 9–12 years of overall experience in HRO, HR services, HR operations, or related fields.

- Strong experience in onboarding, implementation, or transition management.

- Previous experience managing a team of 35+ employees.

- Excellent client-facing communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred.

- Willingness to work night shifts within the specified schedule.
