What You'll Do

- Provide French language support for global procurement and supply chain operations.

- Process procurement requests while ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

- Review and validate Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Shopping Cart (SC) requests.

- Support Purchase Order (PO) creation by interpreting French-language business documents and communications.

- Perform due diligence and validation checks to ensure data accuracy and process compliance.

- Handle procurement-related queries from customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

- Monitor productivity and ensure timely completion of procurement activities.

- Follow up on pending requests and ensure prompt issue resolution.

- Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

- Perform peer quality checks to maintain high levels of accuracy.

- Attend client meetings and collaborate with international teams using French where required.

- Adhere to company policies, SOPs, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

What We're Looking For





- 2–5 years of experience in Procurement Operations, Supply Chain, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), or Shared Services .

- Fluent French language proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking).

- Basic understanding of:

- Procurement Operations

- Supply Chain Management

- Purchase Requisition (PR)

- Shopping Cart (SC)

- Purchase Order (PO) processes

- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office , especially Excel.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet SLA deadlines.

- Willingness to work night shifts supporting global operations.
