Job Overview

We are looking for qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) freshers with a robust foundation in financial accounting, General Ledger (GL), and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.

The selected candidate will support finance and accounting operations, including month-end closing, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, financial reporting, and internal control activities. Candidates should have a sound understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, taxation, auditing, and applicable accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Support Record-to-Report (R2R) and General Ledger accounting activities.

- Assist with month-end and period-end closing activities.

- Prepare and process journal entries, accruals, and provisions.

- Support balance sheet account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.

- Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports.

- Develop an understanding of Profit & Loss (P&L;) statements and balance sheets.

- Apply relevant accounting standards, including Ind AS and IFRS.

- Support audit activities and maintain appropriate financial documentation.

- Follow internal control procedures and accounting policies.





- Use MS Excel for financial data analysis, reconciliations, and reporting.

Mandatory Qualifications

- Must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) .

- Open to freshers with 0–1 year of experience .

- Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting and General Ledger Accounting.

- Understanding of Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.

- Knowledge of journal entries, accruals, and provisions.

- Understanding of financial statements, P&L;, and balance sheets.

- Knowledge of accounting standards, particularly Ind AS and IFRS.

- Understanding of auditing principles and internal controls.

- Working knowledge of MS Excel.
