About the Role
Burgrill is looking for a driven, commercially astute skilled to lead its expansion across
India. The role has two primary responsibilities: identifying and securing the best locations
for new outlets, and converting franchise leads into signed, execution-ready businesses.
Key Responsibilities
• Location Scouting: Identify and secure high-potential locations across India,
including high streets, malls, food courts, and institutional spaces.
• Commercial Negotiations: Evaluate location viability and negotiate favourable lease
terms, including opportunities where landlords or developers fund initial Capex.
• Franchise Closures: Convert qualified leads into franchise partners, negotiate
commercial terms, and close agreements.
• End-to-End Onboarding: Own documentation, agreement execution, payment
collection,



and compliance coordination with Legal, Finance, and Operations.
• Project Handover: Ensure every franchise and location is commercially finalised and
documentation-ready before handing over to the Projects team.
Who Should Apply
• 7–12 years of experience in franchise development, QSR/F&B; expansion, or retail
real estate.
• Mandatory hands-on experience in franchise closures and commercial lease
execution.
• Strong negotiation skills and an understanding of location economics and franchise
viability.
• Ability to independently manage deals from location identification to final closure
and handover.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.
