The Talent Acquisition Consultant/Specialist plays a key role in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the organization attracts and hires top talent. The consultant is responsible for refining recruitment strategies, conducting market research, and enhancing candidate experience. Additionally, this role involves data analysis, process improvement, and ensuring compliance with best hiring practices.

Support the entire recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, and offer extensions.

Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.

Source potential candidates using various online channels, job boards, and networking strategies.

Plan and execute interview and selection procedures,



including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.

Generate and analyze recruitment reports, tracking key hiring metrics and market trends to improve hiring strategies.

Represent the organization at job fairs and other hiring events to attract top talent.

Contribute to the development of recruitment processes and best practices to optimize efficiency.

Participate in special projects and other talent acquisition initiatives as assigned.

Minimum 5 years of related work experience, including at least 1 year in recruitment.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Robust understanding of sourcing techniques, recruitment strategies, interview processes, and market analysis.
