Job Description : Software Engineer (Level 3) is a seasoned individual contributor responsible for designing and delivering complex features with strong ownership.Key Responsibilities : - Own the end-to-end development of medium to large features or modules.- Design components, APIs, workflows, and reusable utilities.- Write high-quality, secure, scalable, and well-tested code.- Perform in-depth debugging, performance tuning, and root-cause analysis.- Mentor Level 1 and Level 2 engineers through code reviews and guidance.- Participate actively in Agile processes including estimation, refinement, and sprint planning.- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment readiness, and workplace stability.- Use AI tools for design improvements, code generation, test automation, documentation, and solution analysis.Tech Stack : - .NET Core, Angular, REST APIs, SQL, Microservices, Cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP).What we're looking for :
