Role Description The Sales Trainer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Malappuram. This role involves designing, delivering, and evaluating sales training programs for dealership sales teams, ensuring staff are equipped with product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement skills.



The Sales Trainer will conduct classroom and on-the-floor training sessions, role-plays, and workshops, and will regularly assess performance to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted development plans. Daily tasks include preparing training materials, coordinating with sales and management teams, tracking training outcomes, and supporting the onboarding of new sales personnel. The role also requires reinforcing company values of customer-first service, transparency, and trust in all training activities.

Candidates should possess solid Sales Trainings and Training & Development skills, including experience designing and delivering structured learning programs.

Experience in automotive retail or dealership environments, particularly in sales, is highly beneficial.
