Job Title : Custom Software Engineering Consultant – Marketing Operations (Campaign Management)

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Operations professional with strong expertise in campaign management, marketing automation, and campaign quality assurance. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing and validating marketing campaigns, testing customer journeys and automation workflows, ensuring data accuracy, and optimizing campaign performance across multiple digital channels. Strong knowledge of Eloqua, SQL, HTML, CSS, and marketing automation platforms is required.

Key Responsibilities :

- Review campaign requirements and specifications to understand objectives, target audiences, segmentation rules, and personalization requirements.

- Perform quality assurance testing of campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, direct mail, social media, and paid media channels.

- Validate campaign configurations, data queries, audience lists, data extensions,



and dynamic content personalization.

- Test customer journeys and automation workflows to ensure subscribers follow the intended paths and receive appropriate communications.

- Ensure campaigns comply with email marketing best practices, data privacy requirements, and anti-spam regulations.

- Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements to increase engagement and conversion rates.

- Support A/B testing by configuring test campaigns, validating setups, and analyzing results.

- Maintain detailed documentation of testing procedures, results, defects, and issue resolutions.

- Collaborate with marketing teams, project managers, data analysts, and developers to resolve campaign issues and improve campaign quality.

Qualifications :

- Any graduation.

- Experience in Marketing Operations, Campaign Management, or Marketing Automation.

- collaboration skills.

- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Knowledge of UX/UI principles for improving campaign asset usability and presentation.
