Role: Influencer Marketing Executive – APPL Brands: Sotrue is India's first glow-first beauty brand, reimagining glow not just as a finish but as a feeling. We are seeking a strategic and creative Senior Influencer Marketing Executive to lead influencer initiatives across our portfolio of brands—Beardhood, Sotrue, and Djokr. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of influencer ecosystems, excellent relationship-building skills, and a track record of executing high-impact campaigns.

This role will own the influencer marketing function and collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and brand teams to drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue. Develop and execute end-to-end influencer marketing strategies for all APPL brands

- Identify, onboard,



and manage relationships with influencers and content creators across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Plan and run targeted influencer campaigns aligned with brand and product goals
- Collaborate with internal teams for campaign planning, creative briefs, and approvals
- Track campaign performance, analyze data, and deliver actionable insights for optimization
- Stay current with influencer marketing trends, content formats, and platform changes
- Maintain an influencer database and implement performance evaluation frameworks

6 months –3 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in D2C or personal care brands

- Strong understanding of content marketing, creator trends, and social media platforms
- Proficient in influencer marketing tools and analytics platforms
- Prior experience in the grooming, beauty, or lifestyle space is a plus
