About the Role

We are looking for an experienced FP&A; skilled to drive financial planning, performance management, business partnering, and strategic financial decision-making. The role will have strong ownership of P&L;, working capital, forecasting, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and drive P&L; planning, analysis, and performance management .

- Partner with business and functional stakeholders to provide actionable financial insights.

- Lead working capital management and cash-flow forecasting.

- Drive zero-based budgeting (ZBB) and annual operating planning.

- Prepare financial forecasts, variance analysis, and management reports.

- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify cost optimization and business improvement opportunities.

- Support financial controllership and ensure accuracy of financial information.





- Provide strategic insights to senior leadership for business decision-making.

10–15 years of relevant experience in FP&A;, financial planning, business finance, controllership, or related finance functions.
