Job Title : Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) – Senior Finance Skilled

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced FP&A; professional to drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and business partnering. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, experience in P&L; ownership, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.

- Manage P&L; performance and provide insights to support business decisions.





- Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to achieve financial objectives.

- Drive working capital management and cash flow forecasting.

- Support zero-based budgeting and identify opportunities for cost optimization.

- Prepare financial reports, management insights, and performance reviews.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve financial controls and business performance.

Qualifications :

- CA / CMA / CFA / CPA / MBA in Finance from a premier institute.

- 10–15 years of relevant experience in FP&A;, financial controlling, or business finance.

- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, P&L; management, and financial analysis.

- Experience in FMCG, tobacco, or similar industries is preferred.

- Experience with leading professional services firms is an advantage.
