Role Overview

TCS is hiring an RTR (Record-to-Report) Analyst to support Record-to-Report finance operations, including General Ledger accounting, balance sheet reconciliations, month-end close activities, journal entries, fixed asset accounting, and financial reporting. The role requires experience with SAP/SAP S4 HANA, robust accounting knowledge, and the ability to maintain high-quality financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform General Ledger accounting activities.

- Execute month-end and period-end close activities.

- Prepare and post journal entries.

- Perform balance sheet reconciliations.

- Handle fixed asset accounting.

- Create and manage internal orders.

- Support financial reporting activities.

- Maintain accounting accuracy and turnaround time (TAT).

- Maintain query logs and documentation.

- Support system testing and UAT.





- Coordinate with finance and business stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–8 years of RTR / General Ledger experience.

- General Ledger Accounting.

- Balance Sheet Reconciliation.
