Role Overview

TCS is hiring a Network Support Engineer to provide L1/L2 support for end-user systems and assist in day-to-day network and security operations. The role involves endpoint support, basic Cisco networking, Palo Alto Firewall support, incident management, troubleshooting, and documentation while ensuring SLA compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, operating systems, and IT applications.

- Troubleshoot LAN, VLAN, IP addressing, and network connectivity issues.

- Monitor and perform basic configuration checks on Cisco switches and routers.

- Support Palo Alto Firewall operations, including rule verification, NAT checks, and log monitoring.

- Respond to incidents and service requests within defined SLAs.

- Maintain technical documentation and incident records.

- Assist with endpoint and network troubleshooting.





- Coordinate with infrastructure and security teams for issue resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–3 years of experience in Endpoint Support and Network Support.

- L1/L2 Technical Support.
