Job Summary : We are looking for an AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and intelligent solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Python programming, machine learning, Generative AI, and integrating AI models into scalable applications.Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, test, and deploy AI/ML models and AI-powered applications.- Build and integrate Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs).- Develop applications using Python and relevant AI/ML frameworks.- Work with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.- Build REST APIs and integrate AI capabilities into existing applications.- Process, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data for AI applications.- Implement model evaluation, performance monitoring, and optimization techniques.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.- Follow best practices for code quality, testing, security, and deployment.- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to improve existing solutions.Required Skills : - 3-7 years of experience in software development, AI/ML engineering,



or a related field.- Robust proficiency in Python programming.- Hands-on experience with machine learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.- Experience working with Generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering.- Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.- Experience integrating AI models through APIs and developing RESTful services.- Familiarity with data processing libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.- Understanding of model evaluation, deployment, and performance optimization.- Familiarity with Git, Docker, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Preferred Skills : - Experience with frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.- Exposure to AI agents and multi-step AI workflows.- Knowledge of vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, or Chroma.- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and MLOps practices.- Understanding of responsible AI, data privacy, and model security.Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
