As a Buyer Planner II, you will join a dynamic environment where your efforts support Configure-to-Order production demand and help keep inventory levels efficient. This role plays a key part in maintaining continuous supply by reviewing purchase recommendations and supply plans, offering an exciting and distinctive opportunity for motivated candidates.

Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery speed within the scope of Procurement.

Build and manage purchase orders (POs) for materials, components, and services.

Manage supplier relationships and performance, resolving issues related to quality, delivery delays, or invoice exceptions.

Hold suppliers accountable by measuring supplier performance, including timely delivery rates, lead time consistency, and material quality.

Apply Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) to handle materials and purchases.

Track and direct inventory quantities of assigned parts to prevent depletion while limiting excess and obsolete items.

Address material shortages or quality discrepancies in coordination with the appropriate teams.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, Business, Logistics, or a related area is preferred; substantial experience may also be taken into account.

A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in procurement, planning,



or a similar supply chain function within a manufacturing setting is required.

Strong understanding of MRP/ERP systems and supply chain fundamentals is critical.

Experience with Microsoft D365 Financial and Operations is a plus.

Intermediate proficiency in spreadsheet software like Microsoft Excel is required.

Knowledge of inventory optimization techniques such as Just-In-Time (JIT), Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), and ABC Analysis.
