Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead - Employee Benefit to manage claim reimbursement operations, particularly travel claims. The role will involve leading a team of processors, ensuring accuracy and completeness of claims, managing stakeholder escalations, and ensuring SLA and KPI adherence.

Key Responsibilities

- Review claims processed by the team for accuracy, correctness, and completeness.

- Act as the SPOC for stakeholders, addressing queries and providing timely updates.

- Guide, mentor, and manage the performance of team members.

- Analyze claims to identify trends, potential fraud, and areas for process improvement.

- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution.

- Prepare and publish performance reports for leadership.





- Maintain proper process documentation and support cross-skilling of resources.

- Ensure consistent achievement of SLA and KPI targets.

- Work effectively under pressure while meeting operational timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Commerce Graduate.

- 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in claim reimbursements, preferably travel claims.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Customer-centric approach with effective collaboration skills.

- Ability to manage timelines and work effectively under pressure.

- Experience with MS Excel, MS Outlook, and SAP .
