Demand Generation Manager

We help companies, mostly headquartered in the US, hire, pay and manage talent in India without setting up an entity. We work with 300+ global companies, are bootstrapped and profitable, and are building AI-native products across recruiting, HR and payments.

We now want to reach larger US companies building teams of 10 to 50 people in India. Outbound and account-based programs: define target accounts (US companies hiring in India, recently funded, scaling headcount, or using a competitor), build lists and signals, and run multi-touch campaigns across email, LinkedIn and calls with sales.

- Partnerships and referrals: build a repeatable referral channel with US startup law firms, VCs and accelerators, accounting and incorporation advisors, and B2B marketplaces. Events and webinars: plan and run US-facing webinars,



co-hosted sessions with partners, and targeted event presence. Measurement: own the funnel from target account to qualified meeting. Track source, conversion and cost per meeting in the CRM, and cut what does not work.
- Hands-on experience running outbound or ABM programs, not only managing agencies or tools.
- Comfort with data. Robust written English. Experience with B2B services, HR tech, payroll or EOR is a plus, not a requirement.
- Not a brand or content role. Content and SEO have their own team.
- Not a team-management role from day one. Full-time, in office at our Bengaluru office in Seshadripuram. Some calls will be in US hours.
