Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced RTR – Lead with strong expertise in Finance & Accounting and Record-to-Report (R2R) activities. The candidate will be responsible for General Ledger activities, month-end close, balance sheet analysis, complex accounting, reporting, open-item resolution, client interactions, SLA adherence, and process improvement.

Experience : 5–8 years

Key Responsibilities :

- Handle and review General Ledger and R2R activities.

- Review month-end close functions and perform balance sheet analysis.

- Prepare and review complex journal entries, including revenue recognition.

- Prepare reports and dashboards and perform daily reporting.

- Resolve open items within defined timelines.

- Participate in month-end close meetings with the retained team.
