We're Hiring: Senior Executive – Claims Processing

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 5–10 Years (5–6 years relevant experience)

Salary: Up to ₹9 LPA

Band: BPO 3

Qualification: Graduate; HR specialization preferred.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Process and adjudicate India and global employee benefits claims.
- Handle gym, vaccination, wellness, school reimbursement and salary advance claims.
- Validate documents, resolve discrepancies and ensure policy compliance.
- Manage SLAs, KPIs and service quality.
- Coordinate with global stakeholders, vendors and claimants.
- Identify process improvements and ensure timely delivery.

Key Skills Required:

- Mandatory Italian language proficiency (written and verbal).




- 5–6 years of hands-on claims processing experience.
- Robust documentation validation and analytical skills.
- Excellent English communication and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of Workday, Darwin and ServiceNow (SNOW) is an advantage.

Work Conditions:

- Work from Office – Mumbai (No WFH)
- Shifts based on global region coverage; flexibility for extended hours required.
