## *Injection Moulding Machine Operator* ##

**Location:** Site 5, Kasna, Greater Noida

**Salary:** ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

**Experience:** 3–5 Years

### Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor plastic injection moulding machines efficiently.

- Perform **die/mould changeovers** and ensure proper machine setup.

- Set and adjust machine parameters according to production requirements.

- Monitor the injection moulding process and maintain consistent production quality.

- Identify and troubleshoot basic machine and moulding-related issues.

- Ensure proper handling of raw materials and finished components.

- Maintain production targets, quality standards, and workplace safety.

- Conduct routine machine checks and coordinate with the maintenance team when required.

### Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of **Plastic Injection Moulding**.

- Efficient in **die/mould change and setup**.

- Positive knowledge of **machine parameter setting and adjustment**.

- Ability to identify and control common moulding defects.





- Hands-on experience in operating injection moulding machines.

- Knowledge of basic machine maintenance and safety procedures.

### Candidate Profile:

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in plastic injection moulding.

- Candidates with hands-on machine operating and setup experience will be preferred.
