Position: Executive Import Documentation & Operation Freight Forwarding

- Prepare and review import documents, including bills of lading, arrival notices, delivery orders, commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs documents.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, customs brokers, transport providers, and customers to collect shipment information and required documents.
- Track shipment arrivals, documentation, customs clearance, and delivery schedules.
- Verify document accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Submit documents and shipment information to customs brokers or relevant authorities to support customs clearance.
- Arrange delivery orders, cargo release, and onward transportation as required.
- Update shipment records and operational systems, and maintain well-organized files.
- Monitor shipment milestones and notify customers and internal teams of delays or schedule changes.
- Review freight, handling, and documentation charges, and assist with billing and invoice follow-up.




- Follow company procedures and applicable customs, trade, and compliance requirements.
- Arrange transportation for imported cargo, coordinating with transport providers to ensure timely pickup and delivery

Qualifications and experience

- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, commerce, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in import freight forwarding, shipping, logistics, or customs documentation preferred.
- Familiarity with import documentation and customs clearance procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with freight forwarding or shipment-tracking systems.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
