Job Summary

We are looking for a professional and courteous Receptionist to support the front-desk operations at our healthcare facility in Konanakunte, Bangalore. Candidates with prior experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare setting will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a polite and qualified manner.
- Handle front-desk and reception-related activities.
- Manage patient appointments and coordinate with the relevant departments.
- Answer incoming calls and provide appropriate information.
- Maintain basic records and documentation.
- Assist with patient registration and related administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with doctors, staff, and other departments as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized,



and welcoming reception area.
- Follow the organization's procedures for patient service and front-office operations.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or front-office role.
- Hospital, clinic, or healthcare experience is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Pleasant and professional approach toward patients and visitors.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy front-office environment.
- Candidates who can join at short notice are preferred.
