- Desktop/Laptop hardware & software troubleshooting
- Active Directory, User/Group management
- Microsoft 365 / Outlook support
- Networking basics – TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- VPN, printers, peripherals & endpoint troubleshooting
- Ticketing tools & ITIL-based incident management
- Remote support / troubleshooting
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month

Education:

- Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

- Desktop support: 1 year (Required)
