CANDIDATE PROFILE

Graduate OR HSC + 1 Year BPO Experience Mandatory
Excellent English Communication
SVAR Score: 65+

International BPO / Voice Process experience preferred
Comfortable with Upselling & Cross-Selling

JOB ROLE

Handle US customer queries related to utility/energy services
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services
Drive upselling opportunities while maintaining excellent customer experience
