End-to-End Recruitment & HR Operations: Source, screen, and onboard top talent while managing daily HR activities smoothly.
• Payroll & Compensation: Administer monthly payroll, manage employee advantages, and ensure timely compensation.
• Employee Relations & Compliance: Act as a liaison between employees and management, ensuring legal and policy compliance.
• Training & Appraisals: Coordinate employee onboarding, training programs, and periodic performance appraisals
