The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a professional personality, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients while achieving sales targets.

- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads and identify potential customers for residential and commercial properties.
- Understand clients’ requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Arrange and conduct property site visits for prospective buyers.
- Follow up with leads, negotiate deals, and convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Explain property details, pricing, payment plans, and project features.




- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain regular sales reports.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to improve business opportunities.
- Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate in any stream preferred.
- Prior experience in real estate sales or property sales will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Positive command of Hindi and English.
- Presentable personality with a professional attitude.
- Strong convincing, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
