We Are Looking For – MIS Executive (Liaison Team)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to support our Liaison Team by managing project-related data, preparing MIS reports, maintaining databases, and tracking statutory approvals, property documentation, project progress, and follow-up activities.

The ideal candidate should possess solid analytical skills, proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure data accuracy, timely reporting, and smooth project operations.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in B.Com, BBA, Business Administration, or any other relevant discipline

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and update project-wise progress and ensure tracking of various levels of the project.

2. Prepare and manage MIS reports for tracking statutory approvals, applications, submissions and pending documentation.

3. Maintain databases related to land records, DTCP approvals,



LPA, TANGEDCO and other liaison activities.

4. Track approval status, submission details, reference numbers and follow-up dates.

5. Prepare, maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to liaison processes and documentation. Track SOP adherence by individual team members of Liaison team

6. Coordinate with Liaison Executives and other departments to collect project updates and documentation.

7. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly status reports for management review. Create dashboards, analytics, reports, updates for management.

8. Ensure accuracy, proper filing and timely updating of physical and digital records.

9. Identify pending documents, delays and discrepancies and bring them to the attention of the reporting authority.
