Real Estate Sales Executive (10 openings) (On- site Visits)

Experience: 1 to 3 years in real estate sales, pre-sales or sales excutive

Salary: 2.5 to 4.5 LPA plus performance-based incentives.

About role - Join our STR sales teams under a Business Development Manager. Call and follow up on buyer leads, run site visits and support closures for residential flats and commercial spaces in the Pune market.

Responsibilities:

- Call, qualify and follow up on buyer leads for residential flats and commercial spaces; understand budget, location and configuration needs.
- Fix and conduct client site visits at partner projects, mainly in the PCMC area.
- Present project details, pricing, offers and payment plans, and follow up with buyers until booking.
- Support closures and booking documentation under the Business Development Manager.
- Keep CRM records of leads, site visits and follow-ups accurate and up to date.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets for calls, site visits and bookings.
- Keep current knowledge of Pune projects, pricing, inventory and MahaRERA updates.
- Must be comfortable with regular fieldwork, client meetings, and on-site visits as required.




- Willingness to travel locally for client visits and business development activities is mandatory.

Requirements:

- 1 to 3 years of experience in real estate sales, tele-sales or lead generation.
- Good spoken and written communication in English and Hindi; Marathi is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Pune projects, pricing and RERA; basic MS Office, Google Sheets and CRM skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Own 2-wheeler - Must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving licence; petrol and travel allowances will be provided separately, in addition to the salary.

Good to have: graduate in any discipline; experience at a channel partner firm, knowledge of PCMC micro-markets.
