Job Description:Haru Natsu Coffee is seeking an experienced and passionate Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of coffee preparation, a creative approach to beverages, and the ability to deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Key Responsibilities:Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages
- Create latte art with consistency and precision
- Experiment and develop new drinks for customers
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Required Skills & Qualifications:3–4 years of experience as a Barista
- Robust knowledge of coffee brewing techniques
- Experience with espresso machines and grinders
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative mindset with interest in beverage innovation
- Customer-focused and team-oriented attitude
