Key Responsibilities

* Active Tele-calling: Connect daily with provided student leads via phone calls and WhatsApp.

* Student Counseling: Educate students about various MBA/PGDM Programs, courses, eligibility, and admission processes.

* Relationship Building: Build trust and rapport with students and parents to guide them through the final admission funnel.

* Conversion & Targets: Actively follow up with hot leads and convert inquiries into final admissions to meet monthly targets.

* CRM Management: Maintain clean records of call logs, student interactions, and follow-up statuses in the CRM.

Requirements

* Experience: 6 months to 2 years of experience in Tele-calling, Inside Sales, Outbound Calling, or Academic Counseling.

* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication with a high level of empathy and convincing power.

* Language Proficiency: Robust command over English is required.



Fluency in Telugu or Bengali is highly preferred to handle regional leads.

* Mindset: Target-driven, resilient, and comfortable spending a major part of the day on the phone.

* Preferred: Prior experience in EdTech, education consultancies, or B2C telesales.
