Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand loan sales activities across assigned locations. The ideal candidate should have 6-10 years of experience in selling retail loan products, managing sales teams, driving business volumes, and handling channel partners such as DSAs and connectors.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Sales & Business Development

- Achieve sales targets for multiple loan products (PL/BL/HL/LAP/Mortgage/Working capital ).
- Develop recent business opportunities through DSAs, connectors, builders, and corporate channels.
- Conduct market analysis to identify potential customers and geographies.
- Drive sourcing, lead generation, and conversions.

2. Team Leadership

- Manage and guide a team of Sales Executives and Relationship Officers.
- Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Motivate team members to achieve monthly and quarterly goals.

3. Loan Process Coordination

- Monitor lead flow from login to disbursement.
- Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to KYC norms.
- Coordinate with credit, operations,



and backend teams for faster TAT.

4. Channel Partner Management

- Build strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, real estate agents, builders, and other sourcing partners.
- Conduct regular visits and maintain engagement for consistent business flow.
- Resolve partner queries and ensure smooth payout processes.

5. Customer Management

- Address customer queries, escalations, and ensure high satisfaction.
- Support customers during document collection, verification, and approval stages.

6. Reporting & MIS

- Maintain daily MIS for leads, logins, approvals, rejections, and disbursements.
- Present performance data and weekly reports to management.
- Track competitor activities and market trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 6-10 years of experience in loan sales (PL/BL/HL/Mortgage/LAP/working capital ).
- Strong knowledge of loan products, market dynamics, and branch-level operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to lead teams and drive performance.
