Hiring: Sales Officer – Field Sales & Operations - Data Captain

Role: Sales Officer

Compensation: ₹30,000 Fixed Salary + ₹5,000 Fuel Allowance + Uncapped Incentives

Work Mode: 100% Field-Based

Job Overview

We are looking for dynamic and target-driven Sales Officers to manage business acquisition across assigned territories. The role involves identifying and onboarding businesses for on-site commercial video data collection, building a strong business pipeline, and ensuring successful conversions.

You will be responsible for developing your territory, meeting business owners, closing deals, and expanding the network across nearby towns and industrial clusters.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Lead Generation*

- Identify and onboard new businesses for commercial video data collection.

- Conduct daily field visits and meet business owners and decision-makers.

- Target factories, manufacturing units, warehouses, workshops, service centres, commercial kitchens, printing and packaging units, etc.

- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified business leads.

- Ensure all business conversion forms are completed accurately on the same day.

2. Territory Management

- Manage and expand the assigned territory.

- Explore nearby towns, industrial areas and commercial clusters.

- Identify high-potential business categories and current market opportunities.

- Build strong relationships with local business owners.

3. Operational Coordination





- Coordinate with internal teams to schedule and support recording activities.

- Resolve business owner concerns, access issues and scheduling challenges.

- Ensure converted businesses are genuinely ready for recording.

- Provide regular updates on pipeline progress and field activities.

Incentive Structure

Incentives are calculated based on daily verified conversions and paid monthly.

8–10 | ₹120 |

11–14 | ₹200 |

15+ | ₹250 |

- Minimum 5 verified conversions per day to qualify for incentives.

- No upper limit on incentive earnings.

- Every additional conversion above 15 earns ₹250 per lead.

Only verified, eligible and recording-ready business conversions qualify. Quality and accuracy are mandatory.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Field Sales, Business Development or a similar field-based role.

- Fluency in the local language of the assigned territory is mandatory.

- Working knowledge of English or Hindi is required.

- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

- Existing connections with local business owners will be an added advantage.

- Must be comfortable with extensive daily field travel.

- Self-driven, target-oriented and capable of independently managing a territory.
