Job Responsibilities

1. Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.

2. Connect with potential clients, especially manufacturing companies and MSMEs.

3. Explain company products and services, including ERP, MES, automation, and customized software solutions.

4. Understand client requirements and suggest suitable software solutions.

5. Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with potential clients.

6. Prepare and share company profiles, brochures, proposals, and quotations.

7. Follow up with potential clients and maintain strong business relationships.

8. Coordinate with the technical team to understand client requirements and provide solutions.

9. Maintain lead records, sales reports,



and follow-up status.

10. Achieve monthly lead generation, meeting, and business development targets.

Required Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Confidence in cold calling and client handling.

- Basic knowledge of IT services and software solutions.

- Valuable negotiation and convincing skills.

- Ability to identify potential customers and generate leads.

- Knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.

- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates interested in IT sales and business development.

- Experience in software sales or B2B sales will be an advantage.

- Freshers with positive communication skills are welcome.

- Knowledge of manufacturing industries will be an added advantage.
