Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage daily workshop operations and ensure smooth functioning.




- Lead and supervise service advisors, technicians and workshop staff.
- Monitor vehicle servicing, repair quality and timely delivery.
- Drive workshop revenue, productivity and profitability.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor manpower utilisation, spare parts availability and operational costs.
- Ensure adherence to OEM standards, safety and service processes.
- Achieve workshop performance targets and improve operational efficiency.
