Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Gopichettipalaiyam. This role involves identifying prospective customers, presenting products and services, and guiding clients through the sales process from initial contact to closing. The Sales Specialist will handle inquiries, follow up on leads, maintain accurate sales records, and provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include meeting sales targets, participating in sales meetings, coordinating with internal teams,



and preparing reports on sales performance and market feedback. The role also includes educating customers on product features and advantages, and supporting training activities for new team members when needed. Qualifications
• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with customers and team members.
• Solid Customer Service abilities to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive client relationships.
• Proven Sales experience with a focus on lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Background in Training or mentoring colleagues, and familiarity with Sales Management practices.

• Basic computer proficiency and comfort using CRM or sales tracking tools.
