About the Company

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager who can independently lead our Creative Department and manage digital marketing projects for both our company and clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Creative Department Management: Lead and coordinate creative projects, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
- Social Media Management: Develop, execute, and manage social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Digital Marketing: Plan and execute organic and paid marketing campaigns focused on brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Content Strategy: Create content calendars, campaign concepts, engaging captions, reels, creatives, and brand storytelling strategies.
- Client Project Management: Independently manage assigned client accounts, marketing campaigns, deliverables, and performance reporting.
- Creative Direction: Oversee graphic designs, video content, promotional materials, and brand communication.
- Performance Analytics: Monitor campaign performance, audience growth, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- Trend Research: Identify emerging social media trends, platform updates, and creative opportunities. Required Skills & Qualifications




- Minimum 1 year of proven professional experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successfully managed social media accounts, creative campaigns, and measurable results.
- Proficiency in Canva, Meta Business Suite, and social media scheduling and analytics tools.
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and content marketing.
- Understanding of graphic design, video editing, branding, and creative storytelling.
- Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects, deadlines, and client requirements.
- Prior experience with marketing agencies, startups, or client-facing projects will be an advantage.
