Role Description The Warehouse Supervisor at Ekart Express in Rohtak is responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations in an on-site workplace. This full-time role includes supervising material handling, coordinating shipping and receiving activities, and monitoring inventory levels to ensure accurate stock management. The supervisor will assign tasks to warehouse team members, track performance, and enforce safety and compliance standards. Additional responsibilities include optimizing workflows, ensuring timely order processing, supporting audits, and collaborating with logistics and operations teams to meet service-level targets.



Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, delegation, and performance monitoring.
• Candidates should possess experience in Shipping & Receiving, including documentation, dispatch coordination, and handling inbound/outbound shipments.
• Candidates should possess skills in Material Handling and Inventory Control to manage stock movement, storage, and cycle counts.
• Candidates should possess practical knowledge of Forklift Operation and safe equipment use, in line with warehouse safety standards.
• Candidates should possess solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer proficiency.
• Candidates should possess strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant experience in warehouse or logistics supervision and a high school diploma or equivalent are required; a vocational or higher degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field is an advantage.
