Role Description The Technical Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves designing, configuring, and testing control panels and industrial automation systems in line with project specifications and industry standards. The Technical Engineer will troubleshoot machinery and automation-related issues, perform root cause analysis, and support maintenance teams to minimize downtime. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with design and production teams, preparing technical documentation, and assisting in installations and commissioning at customer sites.



The role also includes ensuring compliance with safety and quality requirements and providing technical support to internal stakeholders and clients. Qualifications
• Solid technical skills in industrial automation, control systems, and electrical/electronic engineering.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and engineering documentation.
• Experience with installation, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of automation machinery and control panels.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, measurement instruments, and relevant engineering software.
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to manage multiple tasks on-site.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field.
• Prior experience in industrial automation or manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Awareness of safety standards, quality systems, and best practices in industrial settings.
