About us
Illuminaati is a collective for homegrown food, bringing indie makers’ unique culinary hidden gems to customers across India. We’re early, we’re small, and we move fast. The role You’ll be the face of Illuminaati, online and offline. You’ll run our Instagram and Twitter, build our community from the ground up on social and on WhatsApp, and bring it to life in person through events and meetups. This is a real seat with real ownership. Strong performers can grow into a full-time role and eventually lead the function. What you’ll do
• Run our Instagram and Twitter day to day: post, reply, join conversations and spot trends early
• Build our WhatsApp community from scratch: set it up, bring in the first members, and keep it active with drops, polls and conversations so people want to stay
• Plan and run offline events, meetups and tastings that bring makers, creators and food lovers together, from the idea and the guest list to the day itself
• Represent Illuminaati in person at markets, pop-ups and community gatherings
• Build community across channels by talking to followers, makers and food lovers, and turning them into regulars
• Find and approach food creators and set up collaborations
• Turn makers’ stories and event moments into reels, posts and threads




• Track what’s working and tell us what to do more of Who we’re looking for
• Someone who lives on Instagram and Twitter and notices what’s working before others do
• A natural writer with a sense of humour and an eye for what looks good
• Someone who has run or grown a group, community or channel (a college club, a WhatsApp or Telegram group, a fan page) and knows how to keep it lively without spamming it
• A people person who enjoys hosting, bringing people together and being the one in the room who makes it work
• You love being around people and you’re happy in the spotlight, whether that’s a room, a camera or a crowd
• Comfortable messaging strangers (creators, makers, brands) and following up
• Curious about food, whether or not you cook
• Takes initiative: you start things without being told, and you learn rapid
• Freshers welcome. Real examples of your own content, community or events matter more than a degree What you’ll get
