Role Description The Ecommerce Manager at Ponds & Pearls will oversee day-to-day online sales operations, including managing product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory accuracy across ecommerce platforms. This full-time, on-site role in Patna involves monitoring website analytics, tracking conversion rates, and coordinating with marketing and sales teams to drive traffic and revenue. The person in this role will plan and execute online campaigns, optimize user experience, and ensure timely resolution of customer issues related to online orders. Responsibilities also include collaborating with logistics and finance to streamline order processing, returns, and reporting, as well as preparing regular performance updates for leadership.



The Ecommerce Manager will continuously test and refine strategies to improve online performance and support long-term digital growth. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance metrics, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and customers.
• Candidates should possess Sales and E-Commerce skills to manage online catalogs, drive conversions, and optimize customer journeys.
• Candidates should possess Marketing skills to plan and execute digital campaigns, improve brand visibility, and support customer acquisition.
• Candidates should have experience with ecommerce platforms and basic understanding of SEO, online merchandising, and digital customer service.
• Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site in Patna in a quick-paced environment.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field, along with prior ecommerce or retail experience, is preferred.
