Role Description The Quality Control Engineer is a full time, on-site role based in Anand, responsible for ensuring that machinery and components meet defined quality standards and customer specifications. Daily tasks include inspecting incoming materials and finished products, performing measurements and tests, and documenting inspection results and non-conformities. The role involves collaborating with production and maintenance teams to address quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions, and supporting process improvements. The Quality Control Engineer also assists in maintaining quality documentation, participating in internal audits, and ensuring adherence to relevant industry and safety standards.



This position requires a hands-on presence on the shop floor and clear communication with cross-functional stakeholders. Qualifications
• Strong Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills, with experience in inspection methods, testing procedures, and defect analysis.
• Proficiency in Quality Management practices, including documentation, process standardization, and support for audits or certifications.
• Well-developed Analytical Skills for interpreting data, identifying trends, and recommending practical improvement actions.
• Effective Communication skills to coordinate with production, engineering, and management, and to clearly report quality findings.
• Relevant technical education, such as a diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Familiarity with measurement tools, basic statistical quality control techniques, and safety practices in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to work in office in Anand, maintain attention to detail under time constraints, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience in the machinery or manufacturing industry and knowledge of ISO or similar quality standards are beneficial.
