Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Tiruppur. The Social Media Manager will plan, execute, and manage social media strategies across platforms to strengthen KINO’s brand presence and support client projects. Responsibilities include creating and curating content aligned with fashion and cultural trends, scheduling posts, optimizing performance through analytics, and engaging thoughtfully with online communities. The role involves collaborating closely with creative direction, production, and design teams to translate visual campaigns into cohesive digital narratives.



Daily tasks also include monitoring platform insights, identifying growth opportunities, coordinating with clients when needed, and staying current with social media best practices in the fashion and creative industries. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing skills, including campaign planning and platform-specific strategy.
• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Optimization (SMO) and analytics to improve reach, engagement, and performance.
• Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills, with the ability to align social content with brand objectives and visual direction.
• Candidates should possess Writing and Communication skills for transparent, compelling copy and effective stakeholder interaction.
• Candidates should ideally have experience in fashion, lifestyle, or creative industries and an understanding of visual storytelling.
• Candidates should be proficient with major social platforms and social media management tools, and comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced studio environment.
• A relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Fashion, or a related field is beneficial.
• Attention to detail, ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary creative teams, and openness to evolving trends and feedback are expected.
