Where and when: Ludhiana (office likely in Model Town). Monday to Saturday, 8am to 8pm.



Hybrid, with more site work in the first months. The role: Our team collects camera-based data in factories and commercial sites and uploads it daily. You will hire and manage the field team (mostly freshers), working with our existing team lead. Legal and CA support are in-house. You will do many things at first; dedicated project manager and tech hires will join later. The team could grow to about 40 people within 12 months, across nearby industrial and commercial hubs. What you will do
• Hire, onboard and train up to 12 field operators.
• Plan daily site deployment and keep the team on target for data volume, site diversity and quality.
• Track attendance, daily output, equipment and daily uploads.
• Handle HR and admin: offer letters, NDAs, payroll inputs, vendors and expenses.
• Help set up the Ludhiana office and plan expansion to nearby industrial hubs as the team grows.
• Support campus and intern hiring (tech hiring is not only yours). What we need
• 6 to 10 years of experience, based in Ludhiana.
• Hired and managed many freshers or blue-collar staff, plus some white-collar hiring.
• Has run a team against daily targets, ideally one that grew quickly.
• Comfortable on site and travelling to nearby towns, and with long hours (8am to 8pm, six days).
• Hustle and a sales mindset; comfortable with a target-based bonus.
• Fluent Punjabi and Hindi, good Excel or Sheets, clear email English. Valuable to have: delivery or last-mile ops, factory hiring, retail or event teams, campus hiring, startup experience.
