We are seeking an experienced client-facing professional to understand service needs, build confidence and guide clients towards informed decisions. The role requires strong counselling skills, consultative service guidance and ethical client conversion.

Key responsibilities
• Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls with patience and professionalism.
• Understand client needs, explain services clearly and handle questions and objections confidently.
• Use persuasive,



ethical communication to build trust and support client conversions.
• Maintain systematic follow-ups and accurate CRM records throughout the client journey.
• Coordinate internally to resolve queries and provide consistent client support. What we are looking for
• Advanced proficiency in spoken English, a good command of Hindi, and strong communication and client-counselling skills are mandatory. Only candidates meeting these requirements will be considered.
• Candidates must be able to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while maintaining service quality and timely follow-ups.
• Proven results in client counselling, relationship management or consultative sales.
• Polished communication and presentation, professional workplace grooming and courteous conduct.
• Solid listening skills, sound judgement and the ability to manage demanding conversations with patience and confidence.
