Role Description This is a full time, on-site Valuation Surveyor role based in Chennai. The Valuation Surveyor will conduct property inspections, gather site-specific data, and analyze market trends to prepare valuation reports for residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Responsibilities include verifying legal and technical documentation, applying standard valuation methodologies, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal quality guidelines. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and clients to clarify requirements, address queries, and deliver valuation outputs within agreed timelines. The Valuation Surveyor will also maintain accurate records, update internal systems,



and contribute to continuous improvement of valuation processes. Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of real estate valuation principles, property assessment techniques, and local market dynamics.
• Ability to interpret property-related documents (title deeds, plans, approvals) and apply relevant regulatory and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in using standard office and valuation tools (spreadsheets, documentation software, mapping or survey applications).
• Effective analytical, numerical, and reporting skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in valuations and documentation.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
• Capacity to work on-site, manage field visits, and handle multiple valuation assignments within defined timelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Real Estate, Valuation, or a related discipline; relevant professional certifications in valuation or surveying are an advantage.
• Prior experience in property valuation, real estate consulting, or surveying in Chennai or similar markets is preferred.
