About the Role
, We're looking for a caring, quick-thinking Chat Customer Service Representative to help customers resolve issues through written channels and turn an average experience into an exceptional one.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming customer queries via chat, text, email, social media and direct messaging
• Resolve issues using clear, accurate and empathetic written communication
• Guide customers on products and get them answers quickly
• Work with your Team Lead to meet quality and team goals Requirements,
• High School Diploma
• Great written English, including grammar and spelling
• Comfortable with computers and typing
• Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment
• 1+ year of customer service experience (freshers welcome)
