Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound customer calls and provide technical assistance.
• Troubleshoot basic networking, connectivity, device, and VoIP-related issues.
• Diagnose and resolve customer technical queries.
• Perform initial issue triage and escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams.
• Manage customer tickets, documentation, and follow-ups.
• Ensure customer satisfaction while meeting quality and SLA targets. Required
Skills:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Technical Voice Support process.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, routers, switches).
• Understanding of technical troubleshooting and connectivity issues.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Robust problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts. Important: Freshers are not eligible. Candidates must have at least 1 year of international voice support experience.
